How long does it take for my order to be completed?

Once we have received payment and confirmation of your order, we aim to complete smaller orders within 5-10 working days. Larger orders can take 7-12 working days. We are a very small team and work very hard to get your order completed as quickly as possible! If you require your order to be completed by a certain date, please let us know before placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate however it may not always be possible.

Can I supply my own garments for you to embroider/print?

Yes! We can decorate clothing supplied by customers if it is suitable for the type of clothing/item. We do ask that when bringing your own garments to us, please ensure they are nice and clean. We will not decorate any garments that have not been freshly laundered as this can affect the decorating process and our machines.

Please note, we are not liable to replace any items should they be damaged during the decoration process. Although it is very unlikely, they are still machines at the end of the day and we all know they can have their off days too! Please supply your own garments to us at your own risk.

I already have a logo, why do I need to pay a set up fee for embroidery?

Before we can put your logo onto our machine, we need to digitise it into “stitch form” so our machine can read it. This fee covers the time and expense converting your logo and then running a sample so we can ensure your logo stitches exactly how it is supposed to before going on any garments.
Set up covers one standard size logo – any other sizes required may have an additional fee

Can you deliver my order?

As well as in-store pick up, we can deliver your order too! Cost depends on the size of your order. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery before you receive your order.

What format do you accept logos in?

If you’ve had your logo created by a designer they should have given you several different formats. Logo files in EPS, AI, SVG and some PDF formats* can all be scaled up without loss of quality and are ideal!

JPEGs are not ideal as they’re usually poor resolution and often have to be redrawn, which incurs an extra charge, so make sure your designer has supplied the formats you need. If you don’t have a logo yet we can design it for you.

*PDF must have been generated from the original artwork file. Saving a JPEG as a PDF will not work

I don’t have a logo, can you design one for me?

Yes! We offer a full design service for all of our products. For logos we either help to develop ideas you already have or produce 5-6 different concepts to get you started. Once you’ve approved the final design we’ll provide a logo pack with all the formats you need for social media, websites and printing.

What printing methods do you offer?

We offer several printing methods dependent on garment material.

DTG printing is for natural fibres like cotton, linen, canvas, or jeans. Even darker materials can produce quality prints and the printer can print with white ink.

Sublimation printing works best with objects that have polyester or polyester coating. While this does include white garments like t-shirts it also applies to a wide variety of other objects including ceramics, metals, and plastics. We use sublimation for mugs, coasters, magnets, tea towels, tote bags and some tshirts.

Heat transfer vinyl is used for caps and outdoor garments, making a permanent weld onto the material.

We also offer a full embroidery service for clothing, beanies, badges and more.
