Minimum Order
Our minimum order is 20 coasters. We produce our coasters in batches of 20 with one design per batch. If you’re ordering several different designs just let us know how many batches of each you require along with your artwork. For example, an order of 100 coaster would allow up to 5 different designs.
Artwork Guidelines
We can print any graphics, illustrations or photos onto your coasters. The artwork must be provided at print resolution (300dpi) at 95mm x95mm. If you need help with this our designers can help.
Please note that this artwork size is larger than the finished coaster in order to print a borderless design, so some of your image will be trimmed off (see diagrams below for what will be lost on each coaster shape). Any important elements such as signatures should be placed with this in mind to avoid being trimmed.
Sending your artwork
Files up to 5MB can be emailed to us at sales@signmanembroidery.co.uk but files larger than this should be sent using Wetransfer which allows up to 2GB of files to be sent for free.
Collection or delivery
You can collect your finished order from our office at Fenton Barns, North Berwick for free or opt for delivery. The delivery cost for coasters is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the order. Please allow for 2-3 working days for delivery, if you need your order urgently please give us a call on 01620 850 669.
