Returns Policy

As we personalise your items, we can only accept returns on items that are deemed faulty by the manufacturer or have a mistake on our part. In the unlikely event that a mistake has been made (we’re only human!), we will replace the item free of charge and as quickly as possible. Please raise awareness of any faulty goods within 5 working days from receiving them and we will arrange amending your order.

Please take some extra care in choosing your garments. All the brands and items in the catalogue have an individual size guide so please refer to this before placing your order. We cannot replace items that simply do not fit. Please also ensure you send us the correct artwork.
